Celery Root Salad

Notes: Originally from Barbara Steppel.


Directions

In a colander or strainer, drain the liquid from a jar of julliened pickled celery root (called "Sellerie in Scheiben" in German but also sold at Polish markets). Do not rinse. Add a few tablespoonfuls of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
