Note: This is Mark's favorite cole slaw recipe. Avi prefers more sugar.
Ingredients
1 tsp each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2 Tbsp each of sugar and milk
1 Tbsp each of lemon juice and vinegar
1 cup mayo
2 bags of cole slaw mix (shredded green cabbage with purple cabbage and carrots)
Directions
Whisk everything EXCEPT the shredded cabbage mix in a large glass bowl until blended.
Stir in the shredded cabbage mix until vegetables are lightly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Stir before serving. (Slaw will shrink significantly.)
