Red Velvet Cookies

Notes: Great for Valentine's Day.


Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup white chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a cookie sheet (or use parchment paper). Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Divide dough into 3 equal "logs." Divide each log into 12 pieces; roll each piece into a ball and flatten somewhat. Push 10-12 white chocolate chips into the top of each cookie. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until the tops crackle.
