Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 boxes Spice Cake Mix

1 (15oz.) can pumpkin

1 egg

12 oz bag chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 3 ingredients together until all of the cake mix is absorbed. Stir in chocolate chips. (Batter will be sticky.)Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets, 2" apart. Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until browned on tops. Cookies will be soft and moist. After removing from oven, allow to set for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets to wire cooling rack.After cooling, store in an airtight container. Makes 4-5 dozen cookies.
