Crockpot Superbowl Chili

Ingredients

5 lbs. 80-20 ground meat (I like 2 lbs. turkey + 3 lbs. beef)

4 chili seasoning packets

2-3 cans kidney beans

Two 28 oz + one 15 oz. cans of diced or crushed tomatoes

For serving: Shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped chives or onions


Directions

  1. Brown ground meat in a large skillet. Drain fat.

  2. Place meat and all remaining ingredients in large crockpot. Stir to combine.

  3. Turn crockpot on LOW at least a few hours before serving.

  4. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chives/onions.
